Not enough stupid
I can't even publicly call out his workplace because the head of the hospital removed all of the hipaa-violating info from his initial facebook post (because it definitely DID say he was fighting for his life with *redacted* and *redacted* and to which hospital he was taken), so now I'd be the bad guy because I didn't screen cap it. Bad xennial! You know better!
I'm just so angry all the time. Our policies are based on keeping capitalism alive and thriving, and not actually keeping people safe. God forbid a healthcare provider be transparent about accidentally putting patients at risk. I do NOT blame the doctor at all for treating people; he seemed a tiny bit phlemmy is all. But I DO blame not just this hospital, but MOST of them, for agreeing that their public face is more important than saving lives. And I blame the douchebags going to superspreader events. And I blame Daddy Dewine for not having the balls to take us on purple or shut things down. And I blame all of the people not following rules so my favorite cupcake shop will probably close permanently. But as much as I love those cupcakes, I love my family and my LIFE more, and I shouldn't have to be constantly putting them at risk. And I shouldn't have to quit a job I love to stay safe.
And now I get to call my job, who will probably think I am a liar just angling for days off, because everything about coronavirus is so tactically mismanaged.
